1. Instant Funded Accounts
1.1 Access to Instant Funded Accounts
E2T provides Users with an Instant Funded Account to conduct simulated CFD trading through E2T's proprietary trading platform (“Trading Platform”).E2T provides Users with an Instant Funded Account to conduct simulated CFD trading throughE2T's proprietary trading platform (“Trading Platform”).

- Control: E2T retains the right to limit, freeze, or terminate access to the Instant Funded Account at its sole discretion.

The User is assigned a unique ID and login information, which must remain confidential. Sharing or misuse of credentials constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
1.3 Automated Tools
The User may not use any automated trading software, bots, or algorithmic systems unless expressly authorised in writing by E2T. Unauthorised use will result in immediate account termination.
1.4 Prohibited Conduct
To maintain the integrity of the platform and ensure fair trading practices, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Exploiting Platform Vulnerabilities: Using any trading strategy intended to exploit or create errors in the Services, such as inaccuracies in the display of prices, delays in updates, or system errors, as determined in E2T's sole discretion.
- Disruptive Practices: Employing strategies deemed disruptive by E2T, including but not limited to spamming the order book or any activity designed to create a false or misleading appearance of market activity.
- Unrealistic or Excessive Trading Activity: Engaging in trading volumes or strategies that are excessive, unrealistic, or otherwise inconsistent with typical CFD market conditions, as determined solely by E2T.
- Multiple Account Usage on the Same Trading Day: While traders may own and operate multiple accounts to pursue different strategies, they may not actively trade more than one account on the same calendar day. This restriction is intended to prevent excessive pooled risk, exploitative hedging, and artificial mitigation of market slippage or depth effects inherent in the simulated environment. Violations may lead to account suspension or termination at E2T's sole discretion.
- Trading Conduct and Market Participation: Traders must engage in genuine market participation and follow responsible trading practices. Scratch trading, placing excessively small trades, executing trades with no real market risk, or engaging in activity solely to meet minimum trading requirements is prohibited. This includes opening and closing trades instantly without genuine market intent, using minimal lot sizes to bypass evaluation criteria, or hedging. Additionally, traders are not permitted to enter a new trade within ten seconds before or after the release of economic data or major financial events.
- Trades Outside Market Norms: Executing trades outside the best bid or offer (BBO) or using delayed or external data feeds that do not reflect current market conditions.
- Coordinated or Collusive Trading: Performing trades in concert with other accounts, whether connected or unconnected. Coordinating strategies designed to pool, hedge, or manipulate risk across multiple or a single account. This includes mirroring trades or performing simultaneous opposing positions (long and short at the same time) in the same or highly correlated trading pairs.
- Unauthorized Tools or Automation: Using software, artificial intelligence, high-frequency trading systems, mass data entry, or any other tools that might manipulate, exploit, or give an unfair advantage while using the Services. Prior written approval is required for any automated tools.
- Non-Viable Trading Strategies: Engaging in trades or strategies that, in E2T's sole discretion, do not represent a viable or legitimate trading strategy or otherwise create unjustified risks for E2T.
- Manipulation of System Integrity: Using any method or tool to interfere with or manipulate the system's integrity, circumvent trading rules, or exploit deficiencies such as bugs or errors.
- Prohibited Account Use: Sharing account access, trading on behalf of others, or engaging in any business arrangement to split profits, incentives, or rewards derived from the platform without E2T’s prior written approval.
- Circumventing Restrictions: Bypassing geographical or technical restrictions, or engaging in activities to misrepresent the User's location, identity, or access rights to the platform.
- Non-Commercial Activities: Participating in activities that, in E2T’s sole discretion, constitute uncommercial or abusive behaviour intended to game the system or exploit the services.
- Prohibited Jurisdictions: Services are not provided to individuals or entities residing in jurisdictions that are blacklisted by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) or any other applicable regulatory body. Additionally, services are not offered to residents of the United States. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions, including misrepresentation of residency or using third-party accounts, may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
- Spread-Gamification / Fill-Arbitrage: Engaging in any strategy that intentionally exploits the simulated spread or execution mechanics to obtain fills, price improvements, or execution probabilities that would be unlikely in live markets, as determined in E2T’s sole discretion.
- Market Depth / Unrealistic Single-Clip Size: Placing orders whose size or notional exposure materially exceeds reasonable market depth for the relevant instrument such that the simulation would fill the order at or near the best bid/offer without the slippage, partial fills, or price impact that would be expected in comparable live markets, as determined in E2T’s sole discretion.
Additional Trading Rules:
Maximum Profit Per Trade and Per Trading Day
1. Maximum Profit Per Trading Day
- The total profit from all trades in a single trading day is capped at 2% of daily equity as found on the traders dashboard each day.
- Once this threshold is reached, the account will be locked for the remainder of the trading day to prevent further activity. In the event the system does not lock you out at 2%, any additional daily profit will not contribute towards your target. Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of simulated capital, and/or any accrued rewards.

Users demonstrating consistent performance may qualify for increased simulated capital allocations. Progression through phases and account scaling are determined by meeting profit targets and adhering to trading rules defined in Appendix - Table 1.
3.2 Payout Requests
Users who successfully complete a trading period and meet the performance and compliance requirements may request a payout. Payout eligibility is subject to:
- Compliance with trading rules and risk management criteria (e.g., minimum trades, loss limits).
- Verification and approval of trading activity by E2T.
- Payout caps are defined in Appendix - Table 1.
3.3 Refund of Setup Fees
All other sales are final, and no refunds are issued.
Currency and Transaction Risks: All transactions, account balances, and payouts are denominated in USD unless otherwise stated. E2T is not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates or currency conversion losses incurred by the User when making deposits, withdrawals, or receiving payouts in a non-USD currency. Users opting for cryptocurrency transactions acknowledge the inherent volatility of digital assets and accept all associated risks, including but not limited to price fluctuations, gas fees, network congestion, and additional processing charges.
4. Confidentiality
E2T retains all rights to its trading systems, strategies, and methods. Users agree not to disclose, share, or misuse confidential information obtained through the platform during or after this Agreement.
5. Trading Mechanics, Execution, and Platform Behaviour
5.1 Bid/Ask Spread Behaviour
The platform operates with dynamic bid/ask spreads that adjust in real time based on market conditions. These spreads are competitive but may widen during periods of high volatility, low liquidity, or major news events.
5.2 Stop-Loss Execution and Slippage
Stop-loss orders are not guaranteed. In fast-moving or illiquid markets, slippage may occur, meaning the position may close at a less favourable price than anticipated. This can result in losses that exceed the set stop level. E2T accepts no responsibility for losses arising from such market behaviour.
5.3 Chart Price Display
Chart prices may not correspond to live market transactions due to the simulated nature of the model. They do not display bid, ask, and mid prices simultaneously and may therefore differ from execution prices.
5.4 Equity-Based Risk Limits and Mark-to-Market
Risk controls are based on equity — which includes both closed PnL and open (floating) position value — rather than realised profits alone. Daily loss limits (e.g., 2%) are measured from the previous day's closing equity and apply throughout the next trading day. A breach of the limit at any point during the day will result in automatic account termination, even if the position subsequently recovers or closes in profit. Daily equity allowance can be found on user dashboard.
